The packed instrument trays are delivered to the autoclave via a conveyor belt or an automated guided vehicle (AGV).

The R-APPIT can package up to 525,000 instrument trays per year when the robot is in operation 24/7.

Before commissioning, the R-APPIT is extensively tested and validated by the installation team. Validation is repeated annually to ensure that the R-APPIT operates according to protocols.

The R-APPIT records all actions on a daily basis. Based on these statistics, maintenance is performed by R-SOLUTION at least annually, and parts are replaced in a timely manner.

You are guaranteed support for error messages and malfunctions through a Service Level Agreement. A 24-hour service is available for emergencies.
